Glass-to-crystal transition in the NASICON glass-ceramic system Na1+xAlxM2−x(PO4)3 (M=Ge, Ti)

Multinuclear NMR follows the conversion of sodium germanophosphate and titanophosphate glasses into NASICON-type glass-ceramics for solid electrolytes. The two systems differ in aluminum coordination, phosphate environments, and sodium distributions. These observations connect local structural changes with the crystalline phases formed during heat treatment.
